The Wave notification
system sends verbal messages over your radio.
Available in 10-channel increments (Wave-10/20/40...)
8 hardwired inputs and 6 relay outputs are included.
Wave systems use standard VHF and UHF radios ( factory
installation necessary) There are a lot
of features and available wireless
input devices.
How the System Works
1. Wireless duress alarms (call buttons) are placed
throughout the building and facilities.
2. When a call button is pushed, the intelligent
receiver sends a pre-recorded voice message directly to officers’
radios. The message is specific, such as "Judge Johnson needs
assistance at his bench"
3. Officers can respond immediately to the exact
location without a dispatch delay.
Uses a standard hand-held radio (Customer supplied,
factory installed)

Flexibility – Call buttons can be installed very
easily because there are no wires to run through walls. You can
install sensors in areas never before feasible, using them for
either primary or backup emergency dispatch. What’s more, portable
panic buttons, motion sensors and door contacts can be incorporated
quickly, extending protection to evidence rooms
or conference rooms as needed.
Reliability – The FCC-certified "spread
spectrum" wireless technology provides built-in redundancy.
This eliminates false alarms and ensures effective relay from call
button to intelligent receiver. The system also automatically checks
call button transmitters every 60 seconds.
Optional Ethernet connection to the Lynx system.
When combined with the unbeatable value of the Lynx system, the
Lynx-Wave system can alert you instantly in your own voice over your
network.
