With Zero Footprint (no software needed) Desktop
Shortcuts, you can use any PC, Linux box, Palm, Symbol, PDA, Windows XP
or Server, or connected Handheld device to trigger an Alert.
Up to 1000 alarms per group ( and you get unlimited groups) make this a powerful, easy to use system
for standard alarm conditions. Each shortcut contains the
name of the machine [CPU] and User Login ID [Who] it was triggered
by, as a Macro parameter, which you can display in any alarm by simply
using the code [CPU] or [Who], or get their IP address by [IPAddress].
You also get any predefined message, and can even have it prompt you for
more infomation! No S/W needed!

| All Pop-Up Alarms are available with or without a Notice Box that
lets you add additional Text. And you can control the Icon
name, the Hover Property, and add additional subject matter to the
standard Subject:Body formats very easily.
You can easily control these shortcuts with standard XP and 2000
software. It is also a simple matter to create unique alarms for
each individual user and/or all users of a particular machine, by simply
saving them into different directories on your hard drive.
The same program can be saved on a hard drive, so it can re-create
the shortcut dynamically, allowing the system to know at all times who
is sending the alert. And if you are using Microsoft networking, it is
simple to do this remotely. |
